Senior Concept Architect

Client is a leading architectural practice in Dubai, renowned for pushing the boundaries of design and creating innovative hospitality experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate Concept Architect to join our growing team and play a crucial role in shaping the initial vision for our exciting hospitality projects.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing inspiring and groundbreaking concept designs for a diverse range of hospitality projects, from luxury hotels and resorts to boutique experiences. You will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and clients to translate project briefs into compelling design proposals that capture the essence of the brand and create unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Develop creative and original concept designs tailored to the unique character, target audience, and brand identity of each hospitality project.
* Create high-quality presentation materials, including sketches, 3D models, and mood boards, that effectively communicate the design narrative and functionality of hospitality spaces.
* Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, meet all technical requirements, and optimize guest flow.
* Participate in client meetings to present and refine design concepts based on feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand vision.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural software and technologies relevant to hospitality design (e.g., Revit, Enscape).
* Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other project documentation for hospitality projects.

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience working on architectural projects, with a strong focus on hospitality design (a must).
* Proven track record of developing creative and technically sound concept designs that enhance guest experiences.
* Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, sustainable design practices, and their application within the hospitality sector.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in the Dubai design industry (a plus).
