Senior Architectural Coordinator (4 Positions)

Our client is a leading TIER 1 Main Contractor, known for delivering iconic projects across the UAE.

With 4 new projects secured in the last 6 weeks worth AED 2.4 billion, we are urgently hiring 4 Senior Architectural Coordinators to join their team.

Role Overview:
• As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful design coordination and delivery of high-profile projects.
• You will be responsible for managing shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, NOCs, and ensuring smooth design management and coordination.
• You will work closely with clients, consultants, and the supply chain to maintain communication, adaptability, and project momentum in an ever-changing environment.

• Strong expertise in Architecture, Structures, or Interior Design
• Proven experience in handling shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and design coordination
• Ability to manage change efficiently, including value engineering and material/client modifications
• Excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining project schedules and quality standards

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
