We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our training & food consultancy firm in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic business development and client relationship management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, and effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to overall business growth and success.

Requirements:

- 2-3years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food consultancy or food industry.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and client relationship management techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional professional certifications in sales or business development is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license
