Job Description

Sales Manager at Pullman Dubai Jumeriah Lakes Towers
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay at Pullman Dubai Jumeriah Lakes Towers. You are professional and knowledgeable about your Hotel, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:
- Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate.
- Participates in weekly sales & marketing meeting.
- Promotes and forwards sales leads for other Accor hotels.
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details

Requirements:

Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant sales experience in hotels in Dubai
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
