Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for generating and converting sales leads for Security Systems, Parking Solutions, Building Automation Systems within UAE and GCC.
• Develop relations with prospect clients for long term business
• Design and deliver product and company presentations.
• Meet Sales Targets and achieve consistent Market Share growth.
• Represent Company in Local and Regional Exhibitions
• Address RFI/RFP/RFQ/Sales enquiries responses in an extensive, formally excellent, perfectly engineered, and timely manner.
• Prepare, review/approve, and quantify engineering drawings based on solid technical foundation including schematics, risers, termination typical, etc.
• Assess project/solution requirements/specifications, prepare proposals/quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders.
• Share timely reports reflecting Sales achievements and growth based on key quantitative metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Should have 5+ years of sales experience in UAE and other GCC markets
• Proven Sales track record and Customer Relation expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with Professional Sales Attitude.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations of government agencies such as SIRA, MCC etc. will be an added advantage
• Should be familiar with latest technologies and related vendors for Automation, Security and Parking Management System
• Must have existing client database for sales pitches
• Excellent command of English both written & spoken
• Ability to generate and close leads successfully.
• Good Research and self-learning ability
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
