Employment: Full Time

Job summary
Will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves leading, mentoring, and managing property developers and brokerage teams; building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; monitoring market trends; ensuring compliance; and preparing regular performance reports.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with executive management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales processes.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage property brokerage teams.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages excellence.
- Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to client needs.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE and Egypt market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations in Dubai.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus).
