Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a Secondary Market Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our secondary market real estate portfolio, including properties acquired through foreclosure, short sales, or distressed situations. Your role will involve evaluating, analyzing, and implementing strategies to maximize the value of these properties and ensure a profitable return on investment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the secondary market real estate portfolio, including distressed properties acquired through foreclosure, short sales, or other similar processes.
• Evaluate potential properties for acquisition, conducting due diligence, and assessing investment viability and risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the value and profitability of acquired properties.
• Coordinate and oversee property inspections, appraisals, and evaluations to determine property condition and potential improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with all legal requirements, regulations, and disclosures related to secondary market real estate transactions.
• Liaise with real estate agents, brokers, and contractors to facilitate property sales, renovations, or repairs as necessary.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market conditions, and opportunities for investment and growth.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, leases, and agreements with buyers, sellers, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and industry professionals.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the secondary market real estate portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in secondary market real estate management, including distressed properties, foreclosure sales, or short sales.
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment analysis, property valuation, and financial modeling.
• In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements associated with secondary market real estate transactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify investment opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and financial analysis tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
