Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and assess the needs of buyers and sellers, providing tailored property solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate property values and identify opportunities.
• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate and manage property viewings, offers, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements in Dubai.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
