We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties, providing expert guidance and facilitating successful transactions. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
- Facilitate property transactions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing initiatives, and referrals to expand the client base.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to clients while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and potential properties for clients.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role, with a strong track record of successful property transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, including property values, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate positive outcomes.
- Strong understanding of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools to manage client information and property listings.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai is required.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic being an advantage.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
