The journey will pivot us to large and complex deals in transformation, technology implement and operate. Accordingly, DME-C is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Quality Senior Manager

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to Deloitte Consulting and engagement leadership on strategic contract matters during the delivery of specific large-scale, high-risk engagements within the Public, Private or Financial Services sectors.

The successful candidate's key responsibilities include, among others:

Responsibilities

- Responsible to support Quality Assurance partners in managing the QA process and keep track of risks and issues facing large scale projects.
- Capture and consider the major impacts associated with quality issues to support identifying and mitigating what drives those costs
- Collaborate with QA and Engagement Partners to document and keep track feedback on engagement risks and mitigation strategies. Highlight concerns on QA plan execution where needed.
- Responsible to continue the QA process when needed based on the output of the QA exercise and its plan
- Plan and execute quality activities (e.g., methods, tools, engagement quality management processes) appropriate for the size and complexity of engagements and having adequate leadership oversight and involvement with the engagement
- Confirm that contract and noncontract-related obligations are finalized, engagement team members have complied with the necessary off-boarding process obligations, all relevant engagement documentation is appropriately filed/stored, and issues relevant to future work for that client or type of service are captured and communicated
- Contribute to the QA process design including drafting, implementing, and maintaining standard engagement delivery excellence procedures and processes
- Support and encourage compliance and effectiveness in applying Quality and Risk Management policies and processes

Requirements:

Qualifications - Essential

- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- Successful candidates should possess an understanding of project management, consulting project delivery.
- Working directly with senior level executives and large engagement teams;
- Strong commercial understanding of engagement deal economics and profitability levers;
- Ability to evaluate risks associated with large professional services engagements;
- Ability to articulate complex contractual details to wider project team and stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment;
- Proven ability to manage a demanding workload effectively;
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
- Experience in Consulting or a similar large entrepreneurial business setting;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications - Desirable

- Experience with contract negotiations and resolving contractual disputes;
- Experience in contract management systems is an advantage
- Arabic language is a plus.
