THE MISSION

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Purchasing Supervisor to help us get everything we need, right when we need it! You'll be managing vendor relationships, gathering quotes, and ensuring we're always stocked up, all while sticking to budget and quality standards.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- You'll work hand-in-hand with the Procurement team, ensuring all facility purchases are planned, tracked, and delivered on time. You'll gather quotes, organize the top options, and make purchasing decisions that keep us in line with policy and budget.
- From managing supplier relationships to double-checking quality standards of all incoming goods, you're the one who ensures everything meets our high standards. If it doesn't You'll make sure replacements are sorted quickly!
- You'll also keep the team running smoothly, offering training, motivation, and support to your department, ensuring that everyone is working in perfect harmony. You'll handle things like a pro!
- Not only will you keep the process efficient, but you'll also have an eco-friendly mindset, ensuring we're making sustainable choices and reducing our environmental impact.
- If you're passionate about purchasing, teamwork, and making smart buying decisions, we can't wait to have you on board!
