About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:

Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure project viability.
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors and contractors. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality and integrity.
Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring milestones are met.

Open to Indian Nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years MUST be in Dubai.
Must have experience with mixed-use developments, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
