Project Director – High Rise
New Project just awarded in the Business Bay Area.
3 Towers with a combined Value of 907 Million AED. Can you motivate a team whilst delivering to program.

- Have you delivered High Rise Towers in the UAE Market for a Tier 1 / 2 Main Contractors?
- Have you handled Towers from bid stage through to successful handover?

You will understand the environment of handling Local UAE Developers, International Architects and the local UAE Supply Chain.

This Project has just been awarded and they will be mobilizing on site before the 1st of October so timing is of the essence!

The Project
- 3 Towers
- Ranging from 21-41 Storey
- Commercial & 2 Residential Towers
- Site plot is based within the Business Bay Area of Dubai

Can you lead the onsite departments on a collaborate manner to drive safety, technical , production , quality & contracts.

You will have a clear track record in the UAE handling self delivery on site, strong awareness of formwork & climbing systems.

How many floors a week have you been able to achieve?

Responsible for this project as No1 reporting into the UAE Operations Manager. You will have full P&L responsibility for this project. The client wants someone that can build trust, nurture relationships and grown the turnover for this sector with this key UAE Client.

Essential aspects

You will have delivered High Rise Towers in the Gulf Region for a Tier 1 or 2 Main Contractor (Reputable)
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Degree Educated – Civil Engineering
- 20 Years Post Graduate
- This client will not look at candidates over the age of 57 Years of Age
- 80% of your career will have been working on the Main Contractor’s side handling relevant Building projects such as Towers , Mixed Use & 4*/ 5* Hotels
- You will understand the design change, people management and program issues
- Able to start employment before the 1st of October LATEST
- Minimum 6 Year Commitment to Dubai

Salary:
AED 60,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
