Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organization looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in cloud platforms and a track record of managing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (fresh graduates will also be considered).
Proficiency in project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong leadership and ability to work effectively within a team.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
