Project Coordinator

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. This role requires strong communication (English & Arabic), time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, goals, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Support project managers in monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related events
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Assist in risk management and quality assurance activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
- Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
