Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all governmental and regulatory affairs related to employee visas, labor contracts, and company licenses.
• Liaise with various government departments and agencies, such as immigration, labor, and economic departments, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage documentation and paperwork required for employee visas, work permits, and residency permits.
• Ensure timely processing of all visa and labor-related applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Keep abreast of the latest changes in labor and immigration laws and ensure company compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to governmental affairs.
• Provide support and advice to employees regarding visa and immigration issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience as a PRO in Dubai, with a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
