We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant In Charge to oversee our Readymix Concrete facility in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant operations to ensure the production and delivery of high-quality concrete products in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Readymix Concrete plant, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and best practices.
- Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of plant equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the plant.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, including production outputs, quality control measures, and operational expenses.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all concrete products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Readymix Concrete industry, with a strong understanding of concrete production processes and equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of production staff.
- Solid technical knowledge of plant operations, including batching, mixing, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance within the concrete manufacturing industry.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in concrete technology, plant operations, or related fields would be an advantage.
