Position Title: PA to CEO
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the top FMCG companies in the UAE, distributing famous brands for over twenty years.
Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including efficient handling of communication (emails & calls), reporting, as well as preparation of other required documents as required.
- Manage the CEO's calendar schedule, appointments, and internal coordination of assigned tasks.
- Handle travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight and hotel bookings, and annual travel insurance updates.
- Responsible for procurement and financial management, budget adherence, and petty cash management, and general HR tasks.
- Handle various government-related tasks, trade license processing, coordinate with relevant entities, and manage utilities, bills, renewals, and modifications.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Secretarial, Office Management, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UAE as PA/EA, secretary, office admin, receptionist admin, HR Executive, or any similar role
- Knowledge & experience in coordinating with government entities such as MOHRE, ICA/ICA, GDRFA, DED, TASHEEL, AMER, DOE, RTA and DT is a plus
