Oracle EBS Team Lead

- Lead a team of EBS technical and functional specialists provide guidance and leadership.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that EBS processes align with business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain EBS systems, ensuring that they operate effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that EBS systems are integrated with other systems and platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EBS systems, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Manage and lead the resolution and closure of Audit findings on EBS systems.
- Manage the implementation of EBS systems, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to EBS systems, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with other technical, functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that EBS systems are aligned with the overall technology strategy and architecture.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 9+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining EBS systems.
- Strong technical/ skills in Oracle EBS, including experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with EBS R12.2 or higher.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in leading both technical and functional teams.
- Experience with integration of EBS with other systems and platforms.
- Experience managing a team of EBS developers.
- Experience with cloud-based EBS implementations is a pluse
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Full work proficiency level in English and Arabic is a plus
