Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with extensive experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts, optimizing our sales funnels, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities:

Analytics and Data Interpretation
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms to track, measure, and interpret marketing performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including drip campaigns, segmentation, and personalization.
- Use platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar to manage and optimize email campaigns.

Sales Funnel Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize sales funnels using ClickFunnels to maximize conversions and drive revenue.
- Continuously test and refine funnel performance to ensure optimal customer acquisition.

A/B Testing and Experimentation
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing strategies.
- Implement an experimentation framework to continually test and improve campaign performance.

Content Strategy
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and supports overall marketing objectives.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Optimize landing pages, user journeys, and calls-to-action to increase conversion rates.
- Leverage tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior and implement improvements.

Project Management
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, videographers, and product marketers, to produce cohesive content.

Budget Management
- Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocating resources to maximize ROI across all channels.
- Track and report on budget utilization, ensuring financial efficiency in marketing efforts.

Creative Direction
- Oversee the creative process, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals, copy, and multimedia content.

Strategic Partnerships and Alliances
- Identify and build strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and growth.
- Develop alliances with influencers, industry leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.

Customer Journey Mapping
- Visualize and optimize the entire customer journey, from lead acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Implement strategies that improve the overall customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Manage and optimize CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for effective customer data management and sales process automation.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.

Growth Hacking
- Employ a growth hacking mindset, focusing on rapid experimentation across marketing channels and product development.
- Identify and implement the most effective and efficient growth strategies for the business.

Data Privacy and Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data protection regulations and how they impact marketing strategies.

Presentation Skills
- Present data, strategies, and results clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver reports on marketing performance and growth initiatives.

Community Building
- Build and manage community groups on Facebook and other social media platforms to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
- Create content and strategies that encourage active participation and interaction within these communities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Extensive experience using ClickFunnels to build and optimize sales funnels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, copywriting, and social media management.
- Proficiency with advanced marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Experience working as part of a remote team.
- Ability to manage content projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and hardworking with a passion for making a positive impact.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and growth hacking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with building and managing Facebook community groups.
- Experience with YouTube ads and video marketing.
