Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Marketing and corporate communications professional with extensive knowledge and solid experience in real estate marketing research and analysis, marketing strategy, implementation, planning, feedback and control systems aiming at sales driven innovative concepts and communications solution resulting in company’s successful financial performance
• Launching Projects- Ensuring Innovation in each Property/Project launch Event in order to make each project/property a brand of its own
• Responsible for launching and driving media marketing campaigns.
• Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
• Content writing and proofing of all marketing materials
• Local and International Media Planning
• Annual budgeting & planning for Marketing
• Organize and manage local / international Exhibitions, Road shows, Press Conferences and other marketing events
• Setting up & Management of Social Media & Website
• Promotional campaign
• Establishing & Management of Call centre / Customer Service units
• Liaising with RERA, Land Department and DMCC to ensure that all marketing activities are in accordance with Land Department regulations
• Develop, prepare and execute strategies to create brand presence in the market
• Responsible for Budgeting of Events
• Event Management, Planning, Production, Logistics and Execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Developer in Real estate Marketing
• Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English
• Computer Proficiency
• Good report writing skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Team leadership and Management
• Public speaking & client relationships
• Market assessment & Research
• Negotiating skills

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
