Marketing Assistant (UAE National)

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a leading Local Investment Group, who is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to support with the marketing functions for their diverse portfolio of brands and real estate ventures.

The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager with all facets of the marketing initiatives, from coordination to execution. The Marketing Assistant’s responsibilities will encompass assisting with campaign development and execution and contributing to digital marketing efforts through content creation across multiple platforms, as well as development of social media strategies.

Additionally, the role will require conducting thorough market research to compile valuable data insights and generate performance reports to help streamline the marketing strategies. The Marketing Assistant will help ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and contribute to the budget tracking efforts as well.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Our client is looking to hire fresh graduates with similar marketing experience through internships, ideally within real estate. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and creative individual who possesses a strong passion for marketing and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suit, CRM systems or graphic design software (Adobe, Figma, Sketch) would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in both, English and Arabic are essential for this role.
