Manhour Administrator / Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Process and request material (coverall, safety shoes etc)
- Create , compile and export database containing all information of the technicians
- Process end of day reports for the manhour of the technician
- Process weekly overtime for technician
- Updating and process internal documents to the technician (leave, expenses , etc)
- Well versed in operation and handling oracle and excel
- Knowledgeable in preparing manhour reports based on oracle data
- Create oracle report required for Manhour requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of manhour tracking and reporting processes and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive in driving process improvements.
