Customers can shop the latest on-trend outfits, shoes, bags, beauty essentials and accessories from international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Hugo, Marks & Spencer, Dune London, Charles & Keith, Aldo, Crocs, Birkenstock, Skechers, Levi's, Nike, Adidas, Loreal, and Inglot amongst many more. 6thStreet.com recently opened GCC's first phygital store at Dubai Hills Mall; an innovative tech-led space which combines the best of both online & offline shopping with online browsing & smart fitting rooms.
We are looking for an experienced Finance manager to be based at our Dubai office to work in conjunction with our Finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall control of the company's accounting and finance function in Dubai and oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
- Monitor and manage Payable processes, and key operating expenses, including administrative costs, and also make appropriate recommendations on budget control.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans, conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process, prepare all tax papers in a regular basis and handle all information data requests, Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Liaise with auditors and provide auditors with any data or information that they might need as part of their annual auditing procedures.
- Maintain the overall financial health of the organization.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience into UAE / Saudi.
- E-commerce experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to enable you to integrate into a large team.
- The ability to speak Arabic would be an added advantage.
