Industrial Engineer (Costing)

Job description / Role

- Specialized in costing
- Analyzing production costs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing cost reduction strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.
- Estimating the cost of new products and recommending pricing strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining cost databases and cost estimation models.
- Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Training and mentoring junior engineers in cost analysis and optimization techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in cost analysis and optimization in an industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling tools.
