Job description / Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Manager to join our client’s project team on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of an extension. In this role, you will be responsible for revamping the performance management process to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and redesign the existing performance management framework, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.
• Develop and implement performance evaluation tools, KPIs, and metrics to measure employee performance and growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance expectations and goals for their teams.
• Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on the performance management process.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address performance issues.
• Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement, recognition, and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions for process enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management..
Requirements:
Experience/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus), or relevant qualification such as CIPD or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Performance Manager
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees and managers effectively.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Additional Information:
• This is a contract position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Role will be based on site mostly, some WFH possible depending on the deliverables.
• Role will be outsourced not direct hire.
