Position: Audio-Visual Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer with expertise in Apple products, Audio Video Solution, Computer hardware and network technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support for audio and video systems, managing Apple products, computer hardware and network infrastructure. This position also involves providing specialized support to VVIP users, requiring a high level of professionalism and technical proficiency.

Major Responsibilities:

Audio Video Systems Management:
• Install, configure, and maintain audio and video systems, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio and video equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Apple Product Integration:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Apple products to integrate and support Apple devices within the organization's ecosystem.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Apple hardware and software.

Computer Hardware and Network Support:
• Diagnose and resolve Computer hardware and network related issues.
• Working together with network team to for the infrastructure support

VVIP User Support:
• Offer specialized technical support to VVIP users, addressing their unique requirements with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
• Prioritize and manage requests from VVIP users to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.

System Upgrades and Maintenance:
• Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring compatibility with the latest audio and video technologies and Apple product releases.
• Conduct regular checks and perform maintenance to enhance Audio Video system performance and reliability.
• Maintain Matrix door access control system.
• Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain documentation for audio and video systems, Apple product integrations, and network configurations.
• Provide training to end-users on the proper use of audio and video equipment and Apple products.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing audio and video systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple products, including MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and associated software.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components and network infrastructure.
• Experience in providing support to high-profile or VVIP users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Holding valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
