Job description / Role

Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role
Salary: 4000 to 4500 AED + 500 AED Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualizing and Creating Visuals: Develop visual content for various media, including websites, print ads, logos, and videos.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work with other creative team members, such as copywriters and creative directors, to produce final designs.
• Using Design Software: Utilize software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create and refine designs. Any other software which helps to create a better design.
• Adhering to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and visual identity.
• Presenting Ideas: Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients or team members for feedback.
• Amending Designs: Make revisions based on feedback to ensure the final product meets the company’s needs.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Creative Flair: A strong ability to translate requirements into design and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Educational Background: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is often preferred.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 500 AED Performance Bonus
