We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Specialist to join our clients dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, with a passion for creating cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing generative AI models and applications that enhance our IT consulting services, provide valuable insights, and improve client outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensuring that our solutions are not only technically robust but also aligned with client needs and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and applications that solve complex business problems and enhance our consulting services.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and related fields to inform strategy and development.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders on generative AI best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and executive management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the AI consulting market.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating the value of generative AI solutions and how they can drive business transformation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization by documenting processes, methodologies, and case studies related to generative AI projects.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- In-depth understanding of natural language processing techniques and tools, including experience with language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for developing innovative AI solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development and a commitment to responsible AI practices.
