Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Financial Planning:
• Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs, review assumptions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis:
• Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.

Financial Modeling:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data and assumptions.

Reporting:
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Summarize key findings and highlight areas of concern or improvement.

Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze key drivers and assumptions to validate forecast accuracy.

Ad Hoc Analysis:
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning activities.
• Respond to management inquiries and provide actionable insights.

Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial planning and analysis processes.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Expert in Excel/PowerPoint skills required, experience with financial planning software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
