Compass Project Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with fit-out project experience. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They typically manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with designers, architects, contractors, and clients to execute commercial, retail, or residential fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
- Allocating resources and managing project budgets.
- Leading and motivating project team members.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project updates.
- Adhering to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Resolving conflicts and making decisions to keep the project on track.
- Evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-project reviews for lessons learned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Should have experience in the UAE, with knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- 8-15 years of overall experience in project management, specifically within fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, retail).
- Strong experience managing project lifecycles from design to handover, including procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and site management.
