We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team in the software industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial audits to identify and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing as required.
- Participate in financial planning and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role within the software industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Salary:
AED 11,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
