Finance Director

Job description / Role

A leading locally based organisation with ventures in Manufacturing, Trading, Real Estate and Investments is seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Director to join their team for one of their subsidiary MEP companies. You will report directly into the CEO and this position could also develop into a CFO role for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working as a Finance Director or Senior Finance Manager and also have experience within MEP, Manufacturing or Trading industries. The role will encompass the full Finance Management scope with experience of credit control being essential. You will manage 3 Finance team controllers, 3 credit controllers and 2 billing consultants. It is an Agile working environment with 80 employees in total and is dynamic and growing. You will also interact with Sales team and the Board so good communications skills are essential

Salary:
AED 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
