What you’ll be doing

- Support our customers with terminations of their current providers, ensuring a smooth transition to Yo
- Go above and beyond with service to WOW everyone
- Working with google sheets and financial platforms
- Responding to inbound calls, emails and queries efficiently across different inboxes
- Liaising and chasing customers regarding their payments
- Creating direct debit plans with customers
- Communicate with our customers, colleagues and external suppliers
- See problems as challenges and find effective solutions that enhance customer experience
- Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life
- Working hours will be Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pm

- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Educated to a degree level
- 1+ year minimum experience in customer service and administration
- Experience working within a finance department is beneficial
- Confident using google sheets and google programs
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proactive and positive work ethic
- A passion for people and business
- Creative thinking combined with problem solving skills

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
