Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the facility management industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the facility management industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility management services and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
