Executive Marketing Assistant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a candidate with exceptionally strong marketing capabilities and a great deal of attention to detail to assist the Managing Director and Marketing Manager. The role requires a highly creative individual who has a strong background and experience in preparing and delivering superior presentations, documents and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint. This will include the use of images, animations, graphics and transitions. In addition to PowerPoint, candidates should be able to also demonstrate working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and tools such as Canva and MS Publisher. Imaginative and design conscious individuals that have a good knowledge of the latest techniques and technical developments are expected to excel in this newly created position.

Event organization will also play a large part in the role and these range from small round table seminars to large corporate and trade functions. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as local suppliers, venues, gift registries, caterers, and reprographic companies. The full scope of marketing activities will also include social media development and website content. Therefore, English to complete fluent / native standard is required in this role due to the large amounts of written content required.
