Events and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Executive to join our team for the upcoming Formula One event in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team, delivering world-class experiences at one of the most prestigious motorsport events in the world.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage event logistics, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of event plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Oversee on-site event operations, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote the event and drive attendance.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Events Executive with a proven track record in event planning and execution, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Candidates must have their own visa and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
