Job Summary: As the Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians, oversee maintenance operations, and implement engineering solutions that enhance productivity and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our factory towards operational excellence and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align engineering initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar engineering management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
