Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Tusmo Real Estate is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team.

The candidate must have

• Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, with previous experience in the real estate sector in the UAE
• Proven experience generating new business leads through various channels including social media ,market research, email campaigns.
• Expert in real estate digital marketing 's platforms including, Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook , LinkedIn, tiktok ,Seo
• Strong skills in Developing and maintaining a database of leads and prospects for future reference
• Proven experience working independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proven experience identifying potential leads, analysing real estate market trends, and stay informed about competitors' activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various platforms.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
