Employment: Full Time

We are a team of lawyers, tax consultants and accountants united by the international UPPERCASE infrastructure.

We are a company that is engaged in legal business start–up all over the world. We have more than 4,000 customers, 5 branches in 2 countries around the world. We have an international team and our employees work from: UAE, Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Portugal, Vietnam, Armenia, Spain, Bulgaria, China, Hungary.

We are opening a search for a new employee in the accounting outsourcing department of the UAE "Project manager" (customer service manager).

What will need to be done:
• To consult clients on accounting and tax support services;
• To make commercial offers;
• Fill out and conclude client contracts;
• Control the receipt of payment;
• Interact with performers, monitor the timeliness of service execution;
• To manage clients in Bitrix24 and AMO-CRM;
• Make additional sales to customers;
• To carry out measures to retain customers and return customers to the company, accompany customers and provide support for the entire period of cooperation with the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Faculty of Accounting/Taxation/Auditing/Finance/Economics - required);
• Language skills: perfect Russian (Russian-speaking clients) and English from B2;
• Work experience as an accountant or in the customer service department: Project manager/Customer Service Manager/Relationship manager/Sales manager, etc;
• Stress resistance;
• High communication skills.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
