Walk-In Interview: Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the regulatory requirements and expectations that the Bank must meet through its policies, procedures, and systems.
• Collaborate with the business to develop and implement appropriate policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, expectations, and industry best practices.
• Provide both formal and informal guidance and advice on Compliance issues to relevant business units as needed.
• Ensure that all relevant staff receive training on the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic, risk-based Compliance Monitoring to verify adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures, and escalate significant non-compliance issues to management.
• Oversee key Compliance systems, including Customer Screening, Transaction Screening, and AML Monitoring.
• Manage the investigation of alerts generated by Compliance systems, escalate findings to management, and make necessary disclosures to relevant authorities.
• Respond promptly to regulatory requests for information or cooperation, including details on customers, transactions, policies, procedures, training, and compliance monitoring
• Address business triggers raised by the Compliance unit in a timely manner and ensure prompt escalations from the Business end.
• Prepare and deliver regular management information (MIS) reports and dashboards to senior management within the stipulated timeframe.

• Minimum 3 years experience in same role or related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a compliance role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Visa , Insurance and other allowance as per UAE law
