Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
The first performing arts academy in MENA region.

Job Description:
• Ensure all food in the production areas is prepared according to recipes, meets our standards in terms of quality and quantity, and is delivered to the correct area on time.
• Verify the completion of assigned levels on production charts and ensure that daily cleaning charts are properly filled out.
• Inspect inventories to confirm proper storage and rotation of stock and the appropriate use of high-cost items.
• Adhere to all kitchen regulations as outlined and directed.
• Perform any additional requests from the executive chef and other management, which may include stooping, bending, and lifting weights up to 30 pounds as needed.

Qualifications:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Must have at least 4 years of related experience within UAE
• Knowledge in any type of cuisines can be considered
