We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's IT Consulting Services division in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to innovate solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our IT consulting services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the IT consulting services sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored consulting solutions that address client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and establish strong industry connections.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting services, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
