Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor sales team performance, set objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Oversee report management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on business performance and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and client interactions to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or sales management within the real estate industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle is must.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience
- Minimum 7 - 8 years as Business Development & Sales Manager with Real Estate industry in the UAE.
