We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role within the UAE market.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the local market, industry trends, and key players within the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
