Brand Manager

Quest Search and Selection is seeking a Brand Manager for a prestigious luxury gourmet food company, to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Brand Manager role are:
• Lead and mentor a team of experienced managers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.
• Direct the development of engaging social media campaigns, expanding the brand's online presence and connecting with luxury retail, hospitality, and event clients.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with brand values and business goals, ensuring maximum impact.
• Oversee the organization of high-profile events that enhance brand visibility and reinforce a strong brand image.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or gourmet food industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with experience creating impactful campaigns.
• A creative mindset with a passion for luxury brands and gourmet food, coupled with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to new challenges and driving results.
