Job responsibilities:
- Drive sales for air compressor equipment, spare parts and services (AMC’s and service contracts). Cross-sell into air audits, piping solutions and allied solutions like oxygen generators, nitrogen generators, chillers etc. as and when the opportunity arises understanding the full portfolio of our industrial utility solutions
- Your area/territory is open to not only the UAE but also other Gulf countries and including Africa as well.
- Creating quotes and submitting offers to customers in collaboration with the sales backend support team.
- Processing sales orders accurately and completely and handover to the execution team
- Assist marketing team on content for blogs, brochures and articles plus help draft sales collateral to support our sales team
- Assisting with analysis and reports
- Updating our CRM and internal work management platforms to ensure management is updated with your pipeline and progress

Requirements:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the industrial air compressors segment in the UAE
- Proficiency of computers and MS Office applications is a must. College degree preferred.
- Generating your own pipeline and not afraid of making calls and visits as needed. Do not rely on inbound leads or leads given by the company. You will be responsible to create and go after your own targeted customer list with general direction from the company based on industry segment
- Must have a consultative approach to sales – A catalog based salesman will strictly NOT FIT in our organization. To be successful you will be creating requirements even when none exist by asking the right questions and helping the customer uncover problems he never thought he had
- A hustling attitude is mandatory
- Should be fluent with English and should be an effective communicator. The ability to converse fluently in English in person and over the phone is mandatory.
- UAE driving license mandatory

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
