Assistant Manager - Rewards

Job description / Role

- Support and manage Compensation - annual salary revisions, annual performance bonus, and other incentive plans
- Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience
- Develop cost impact models for compensation related plans/initiatives
- Cost cadence, rewards data modeling and reporting
- Partner with external consulting firms for market compensation benchmark data
- Refine internal hiring & market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs / processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness.
- Support hiring team in preparing compensation proposals for potential hires (National as well as Expats) basis internal parity and external benchmarks
- Track governance / compliance around Compensation process / policies

- M.B.A in HR with 3 - 5 years of total experience, with 1-2 years' experience in Total Rewards
- Skills to conceptualize, design and implement frameworks linked to business value creation and employee requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to work with complex data with an emphasis on accuracy. High proficiency in operating with spreadsheets and databases.
- Analytical mindset with quick decision-making ability.
- Ability to function in multicultural environment
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels through a consultative approach
