Overview of the role
Come join our team at Al Futtaim Global Aftersales, a leading name in the automotive aftersales sector. The Aftersales Systems team, integral to the Aftersales Centre of Excellence, plays a crucial role in supporting all IT projects and initiatives. This team ensures alignment and support for all Aftersales data and analytics needs.

As an Aftersales Systems Manager, you will oversee the strategic implementation of the aftersales division's roadmap through the utilization of systems, websites, and data. Join us and drive the future of automotive aftersales with innovation and excellence.

What you will do
- Develop a funnel of future system ideas to set-up and commercialise for the aftersales part of Automotive business
- Own operational management of systems in the aftersales division
- Engage with the internal and external technology experts to determine the best implementation methods and guide them to deliver the most valuable outcomes possible
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and corresponding go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team who is responsible for the creation and alignment of all Aftersales data
- Collaborate with the central Data Team to ensure the group data lake is maintained with accurate and correct Aftersales data
- Support in the utilisation said data to support strategic decision making.
- Identify and implement analytical requirements and opportunities to improve tactical and strategical decision making.
- Participate in a variety of projects, groups and committees.
- Deliver against our people strategy, maintain positive associate engagement.

Requirements:

Required skills to be successful
- Knowledge & functional experience with SAP ECC & S4 Hana
- Knowledge & experience of working in the Automotive business, ideally Aftersales
- Experience of working with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations, preferably with AGILE or other Project management qualification
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite

About the team
The role will report to the Head of Digitisation. You will be working in a dynamic and busy Automotive aftersales environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.

What equips you for the role
- Proven ability in designing motivating and implementing complex systems projects from a business angle. Examples such as Warehousing systems, process management systems, aftersales service management systems etc.
- Solid business acumen, with the ability to identify the requirement to deliver the product/service and equally adept at solving complex problems and influencing teams and management to deliver them
- Experience in communicating data to all organizational levels
- Able to multitask and deliver the result under time pressure
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of some Data Analytics and Reporting Tools like Tableau, BIW, SAS or SAP Business Objects
- Basic understanding of data based programming languages ( SQL, R, Python etc)
