Accounts Executive

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any accounting-related issues.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
• Vat Calculations and refund.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Enrolled in a Professional Accounting designation program (CA, CGA, CMA, CPA) or equivalent postsecondary program.
• Proven experience as a Accountant. (3 - 4 years) MS Office (Advanced MS Excel skills).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks,Tally and HubSpot CRM.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
